The Percentage Formula
Just wanted to put this on the blog in case anyone needed it! I'll post the percentages once I have them all!
Percentage Formula: total weight loss divided by starting weight = answer x 100 = percentage

Weigh in #1
Alright everybody, this is it! Monday is the first weigh-in. Make sure to weigh in at around the same time each Monday and keep this number to use for your percentage each week following. Here is the list of participants so far:

If I remember correctly through my ups and downs of weight loss, the first week is pretty hard because it is such a change, but it is the most rewarding because it's usually the week you lose the most weight. Welcome! I hope we can all motivate each other on our way to being just a little bit healthier! Our first weigh-in will be Monday, September 17th.
