Here are some great recipie ideas that Jess sent me to put on the blog. Enjoy!
Breakfast shake: buy some brown bananas on sale, peel them, and freeze. Then I throw in a whole banana, some skim milk (or soy), ice, and sometimes some vanilla yogurt. If you like it sweeter, you can do some honey. Makes a great breakfast, lunch, or snack.
Also found a nice treat idea (thanks biggest loser recipe book). Buy some fat free cool whip, and make some cool whip sandwiches with graham crackers. Freeze, and enjoy. Some places you can get the flavored cool whip!
